I tried breech tilts, cold ice packs at the top of belly, music and light at bottom, everyday in morning and night but at the end nothing worked haha I went for c section and just wanted to reassure you that although everyone's experience might be different, my recovery was great and quite quick too. I didn't do anything special other than mentally prep. Believe that your baby is trying his/her best to survive and there is a reason why he/she isn't turning downwards at the end of the day :") what's most important is baby comes out safe and healthy π€
Try breech tilt, put ice pack on top of your belly & play music at the bottom of your belly , repeat 3-4 times a day . This worked for me. All the best!
