Missed a dose of duphaston

I was too tired yesterday and went to sleep straight.. this morning jumped up realising I forgot to take duphaston last night. Will my progesterone be too little last night and will anything happen to my baby? ?

Should be fine, just remember the next dose. If you're worried do speak to your gynae about it.
