I was elected as the PTA President of my daughters' grade school. What do I need to implement? Any recommendations?

If I can suggest, please emphasize the anti-bullying rule. Parents must constantly remind their kids that bullying has no place inside the campus or anywhere else and in fact, if I'm not mistaken, there's a law now considering bullying as a serious offense and punishable by law.
