I was elected as the PTA President of my daughters' grade school. What do I need to implement? Any recommendations?

As PTA President, you may review the current rules and amend it according to what you think your child and her schoolmates need. You have to ensure that you will preside all PTA meetings and you may work together with your Treasurer to draft the program budget for the entire school year. You may also want to include that the PTA shall be exclusively non-profit benefiting no individuals; no part of its activities shall relate to political or religious aims. It shall only support the school in providing education that promotes learning to its students.
