I would rate it 4.5/5. Aside from their good food, you can totally enjoy the overlooking view especially at night.
I want to suggest Bellevue Alabang's Phoenix Court unli Dimsum, it's just a 30-minute drive anyways from Makati on weekends. The resto is elegant. I always bring my wife there. It's only 700 per pax.
