i want to get an oven to bake cake or biscuits for my children. any recommendation which brand will be better?

Rowenta brand is recommended if you have table top space although it is a bit more expensive but the baking results are amazing (about $300-$400 depend on capacity). Otherwise, panasonic brand also can do the simple baking jobs, which costs less than $100 for smaller capacity.
