Helps! Opinions And Suggestions

I wanna plan my girl birthday this upcoming April. But due to wuhan virus I am not sure how can I plan a venue. What happen to my friends recently was they cancel their 1yo plan and got their deposit forfeited. To prevent this from happening I wanna do at condo function room but they don't allow any booking at the moment. What should I do? Or where can I do it and I can cancel without my deposit getting forfeited in any case? I'm prepared for the worst if by then this outbreak thing still going on I will cancel. But if it get better I will go ahead.
