19 weeks and 2 days

I vomited fresh blood and it was my first time with my 3 pregnancies. I was brought to the ER and advised to have my bed rest with Dydrogesterone. It has been a roller coaster ride with all my pregnancies coz each one has problem. Please help me pray to make my baby safe. Thank you in advance
