8 week ultrasound

I visited to my OB doctor and requested me a vaginal ultrasound and the result is there is no heart beat. my baby is 8 weeks and 5 days old and it measure 2.2cm. can you share your thoughts about it or do you experience these kind of scenario? thank you. ps. I will visit my OB doctor by wednesday.

hello, 1st transv ku is 90bmp and minimal hemorrhage then, nag bed rest aku ng 2weeks ksma din ung mga riseta n gmot after 2 weeks 158bmp n c baby but still andun pdin, minimal subchroinic hemorrhage,, what should i do??no spotting /bleeding
