Baby Carrier or Hand Carry Stroller

Hello! I will be travelling with my son on December from Germany to Manila and by that time he would be 9 months and maybe around 10 to 12 kilos. I am confused if I should bring a stroller or just carrier only. Stop over might be 2 to 3 hours. I am planning to take either Mountain buggy nano or GB Pockit Plus so I don't need to request for Gate Pass. Is it practical to bring a stroller during the trip especially I will travel without my husband....

mas maganda po if both pero kung isa lng tlaga stroller na lng po kc po pag nangalay ka po wala ka pong pagbababaan kay baby and pag nakaidlip sya. Syaka po mahihirapan ka magtake ng pictures if nakacarrier po sya kaya mas maganda po if stroller na lng
