Baby Carrier or Hand Carry Stroller

Hello! I will be travelling with my son on December from Germany to Manila and by that time he would be 9 months and maybe around 10 to 12 kilos. I am confused if I should bring a stroller or just carrier only. Stop over might be 2 to 3 hours. I am planning to take either Mountain buggy nano or GB Pockit Plus so I don't need to request for Gate Pass. Is it practical to bring a stroller during the trip especially I will travel without my husband....
