i thought spotting was just normal. had my 2nd check up yesterday,d dr. found that baby has no heartbeat. is there possiblity that the baby can stil hv a heartbeat? now,im bleeding??

ganun din po yung sakin nung nagpacheck up ako sa health center, di makita ng midwife yung heartbeat ng baby kaya nagpaultrasound na ako 😍
