i thought spotting was just normal. had my 2nd check up yesterday,d dr. found that baby has no heartbeat. is there possiblity that the baby can stil hv a heartbeat? now,im bleeding??

ano po ba sabi ng OB mo sis , ilang weeks ka n po ba kasi if no heartbeat in early pregnancy possible dhil maliit p c baby.. pro if may bleeding ,doctor mo.lng mas nkakaalam nyan sis..
