Unhappy

I thought if I will get married and have a child, magiging napakasaya ko na. Nagkamali ako. Hindi ko alam kung part ba ito ng post partum depression dahil almost 1 year na kong nakapanganak o ano ba itong nararamdaman ko. Don't get me wrong, I love my child. Siya yung bumuo sa pagkatao ko, sa buhay ko. But I don't feel completely happy, sa pagsasama namin ng asawa ko. Namimiss ko ang solitude, ang silence ng pagiging single. Ang quality time para sa sarili. Mahal ko yung anak ko, mahal ko yung asawa ko. Pero there's this emptiness inside me. Hindi ako masaya na ewan. I can't do what I want to do. Kasi feeling ko maghapong nakatutok sakin mata ng byenan ko. (we live together with my in-laws, mother in law and my sister-in-laws family that consists of 5 persons. So, sa bahay 9 kami lahat. Malaki naman yung bahay) Malaki yung bahay pero hindi ako makagalaw. There's not enough space for me. Nasusuffocate ako makisama sa in-laws ko. Drain na drain ako sa pakikitungo mula sa mga bata hanggang sa byenan ko. Lagi na lang akong nakikita. Lagi na lang mali ang ginagawa ko sa tingin nila. Nawala yung independence ko. Nawawala din tiwala ko sa sarili ko, dahil laging nakapuna sila at laging sila ang tama. Ultimo mga bata, dinidiktahan ako. Why can't I say no? Why can't I argue and fight for what I think is right? Ang sagot dyan; mahirap makisama. Mahirap gumalaw sa bahay na alam mong hindi sayo. And that is making me unhappy. Nakakaapekto na sa pagsasama namin ng asawa ko. There's too much of noise. Hindi ako sanay. I live alone half of my life. This family is draining me much.

You're still experiencing post partum syndrome and it added more ung current situation mo. You're the only one who can fight for it. Sabe mo nga, your baby js your life and you love your husband. First thing you need to do is open up sa husband mo whatever you are feeling right now, be honest don't keep.ot to yourself. The more you keep it the more it will destroy you. The talked about the root of it, bumukod kayo, yes mahirap but mas mahirap ang totally loosing yourself. I hope that you can figure it out soon, and better to talk right away to your husband. Be strong and don't entertain any negative emotions, just focus on the solution tht can help you ease your problem.
