First trimester
I am super lethargic and I find myself lying in bed the whole day. What can i do to relieve this? I have no energy at all for my first born 😭

Hey mama! First off, congratulations! Feeling lethargic in the first trimester is totally normal but it’s good to stay active too for that burst of endorphins. Try starting with a simple 10min evening walk after dinner and then increase your level of activity from there. Celebrate the small wins too :) Oh and remember to seek advice from your doctor too. Staying active is great for both you and your babu :)
