"Jerking" feeling in belly

I started having "jerking" feelings in my belly since a few days ago. I'm 19 weeks now. Is that the baby's movement or just movements in my digestive tract? I noticed the feeling only comes when I'm sitting or lying down though. People say the first few signs of baby movements are feelings of butterflies fluttering in belly or bubbles popping. Mine didn't feel like that though.
