Can I do squatting as an exercise? I am on my 8th month pregnant

Yes mommy 😊 big help din ang pag squats pag dating mo ng labor. Also you can do other pelvic floor exercises nakakatulong mapalakas ang muscle sa pag push kay baby sa iyong delivery.
