hsbc customers

I just receieved my hsbc debit card. How come they never send me the token that can use ibanking? I got receieved the card?? How do i know what is the password?? Can anyone advise me what to do.

Did you apply for IB? Else I don’t think it will come together. The password should be send in a separate mail. You can go to any branch to reset / apply IB.

Hi... if you have not receive the password after 7 days, please go the the branch to request for one

A separate post is generally sent with password. So should be in your mail box shortly

It's usually sent separately. If you didn't receive it, please call the bank
