babybonus card ocbc

hi so i manage to login into ocbc using singpass and there is my baby's cda acct but the babybonus card isnt here yet... do i need to apply fr the card thru ocbc or how . coz i tried applying online but cannt . . pls help me :(( #pleasehelp
