i really need your help mummies. I have so plenty of blood they thought that this is my period already but im not compatible with that because I do again the pregnancy test and the result is positive how?

sis pacheck ka po sa OB kasi pwedeng sign of early miscarriage. ☹️ nangyare din sakin yan on my first pregnancy. nagpositive ang pt ko, then after 5 weeks nagbleeding ako.
