why do pregnant women gets too emotional?

I noticed that during my pregnancy i overthink a lot, i get easily emotional and i cant help but cry.. when I and my husband argue because i get irritated easily aftr a few seconds my tears are already falling down my cheeks.. Is this normal? Because im not like this when im not yet pregnant.
