7weeks pregnant found cyst in my left ovary

Hello, I need your opinion. I had ultrasound yesterday and found enlarged left ovary with ovarian cyst and corpus luteum. Any same scenario and any advise on what to do? I was schedule again for ultrasound next month to monitor the cyst.

Mine is in the right side. As per OB, kung hindi naman nalaki ang cyst, no need na galawin at operahan. Imomonitor pa po yan 🙂 Just pray lang po. 🙏❤️
