CDA

Hi all, I need some advice, i came to know about CDA account recently. My bf and I have yet to register can we apply for our baby? Our baby currently 7 months old. Due to some reasons we won't be able to get married for the next 3 years. Can my baby still get the baby bonus in this case? And how do I apply for it?
