Just eat normally, avoid raw food, high mercury seafood, avoid alcohol and caffeine, minimise fast food and processed food. Eat more vegetables, protein, drink milk or soy milk, cut down on sugar intake. That being said, I do still eat fast food once in awhile, ate sushi/sashimi during my second and third trimester, drank bubble tea once in awhile too. For me, I'm more cautious during the first trimester. I had no GD, no complications, baby was born at 40 weeks, 3.1kg, no jaundice. I guess just relax and enjoy your food.

Hi mummy, I’m pregnant (3rd pregnancy) right now and I simply just eat anything that I love but of course all in moderation. I’m one who can’t take any formulated milk but there’s one particular one that I can keep down; It’s the Similac Mum Maternal Milk. It have the nutritions that I need and it taste not bad (my own preference) as I’m also quite picky with my food intake. Anw, congrats on your pregnancy mummy! ❤️

Eat what ever you want, but make sure not much sugary or oily foods. Everything in limited. I do the same through out my pregnancy, also I drink similac moms milk through out my pregnancy, it’s not only taste good also it gives me from all the necessary nutrition what I and my baby needs. Coz I do choosy on food so it’s the only thing which is a complete formula for my needy.

Hi congrats on your pregnancy! Actually you can eat as per normal except that you need to avoid raw food, alcohol and high sugar food. I try to eat all foods in moderation and to ensure I get the required nutrition, I drink 2 glasses of Similac Mum maternal milk daily. It tastes great, not too sweet and easy to make. Very convenient for working mums. Hope it helps!

I use MyFitnessPal to track what I eat. It also show the nutrition facts so I could be mindful of fats and cholesterol. You could use other food logging apps too.

I just eat whatever I feel like eating, and it's often unhealthy.. unless doctor advise otherwise, else should be ok I feel..
