i need advice. Going through divource process soon. My house is only 2 years and 4 months. didnt meet MOP. Can we still sell the house before 5 years. or HDB will take the house before 5 years since couple divource. I heard about surrender and freeze the HDB. Seiously not sure what is the meaning. I hoped parents out there can advice me. i have decided to 60% and my husb 40%. I dont want the house anymore. How
