Confinement total cost?

Hi! I would like to know how much would engaging a confinement nanny cost? Including groceries and miscellaneous expenses. Thank you!

Nanny is about 2800 - 3000. Plus any work permit fees. And her groceries depends from 500-1000

Confirment cost is 3k for 28days for me. Groceries depends on what she buys.
