Go through agency, around 2-5k. Many CLs are from Malaysia. There's too much uncertainty over whether they can leave the country during this covid period. Agencies are in theory able to arrange a replacement if the original CL is unavailable. However, these days, some agencies are having trouble with the supply too. With individual CL, you run the risk of losing deposit, if you cant contact the overseas CL.
