Hi, I would like to ask whether breast feeding or formula is better after 1year old as I’m hearing things like formula is better when one reach 1 year old as the vitamins or nutrients is found in formula than breast milk ?
Any comments pls
BM for as long as possible and comfortable for Mom and Baby. It’s easily digestible and can actually adapt itself to your baby’s needs, factoring in age and even time of day.
One fren recently shared this with mi after her visit to pd though. She was told to incorporate fm into her ger's meals

Hi dear, WHO recommend mummy to breastfeed baby to 2 yrs old, breast milk is the best baby friendly food.
