Pregnancy after baby loss

May I know who has the same experience? My baby died last March, 8 weeks in the womb.. and now Im 9 weeks pregnant. I get so paranoid.. even my son asks me everyday if his sibling is still alive.. Ive read that buying a fetal doppler wont help, will just add anxiety to the mommy... Im realky praying that this time my baby will survive... ?
