Heat rash

I didn't apply anything for my LO. I will wipe the rashes with cooked (room temp) water few times a days , especially after feeding to make sure no milk stain.

Just keep wiping with room temperature water and towel dry every few hours...the humidity is so bad even us adults need to shower several times a day...

Wipe with water to keep it clean and towel dry. Apply moisturiser. Don’t over-layer with clothes. Mesh type clothes are the best!
