I know this sounds crazy, but I think my maid is trying to poison me. She prepares food for the entire family, but because of my dietary restrictions, she makes separate meals for me. I have had food poisoning 3 times in the past month and I'm starting to think it's no accident. I can tell she doesn't like me but never thought she was capable of this...my son loves her which is why I'm reluctant to let her go. What should I do?

If I were you I would surely get rid of her asap. I think consoling your kid if he feels bad is better than actually keeping some kind of a psychopath (if at all). I also like the idea of putting cams to keep an eye. But don't think its a cost effective long term solution. Trust is something very essential with your maid as she has a lot of control over a lot of things (like what food you eat) irrespective of your vigilance.
