Cough 10months old baby

I know sasabihin nyo wag mag self meditate but my baby already has his medicine na reseta ni doc. Actually iniinom na nya yon for 5days na pero hindi sya gumagaling hanggang sa lumala na. Nag antibiotics din naman sya. Any advice and recommendations po?

besides sa cough medication, we also apply no cough patch sa likod ni baby bago matulog.

No Cough patch ang brand na gamit namin. dinidikit sa likod. May tinybuds stuffy chest stick ons pero we have not tried it yet.
