may i know how to thaw frozen bm? some say just leave in normal fridge overnight..but when will it fully thaw? as we need to keep track to use within 24hours...is there any fastest way to thaw bm?

If you dont need to use it immediately, you just need thaw it in the fridge the night before. Before you use it can check whether fully thaw. For me I run it under warm water or place it in a container of warm water. It is faster too. Do remember once thaw dont refreeze it. Good to use it within 24hrs after thaw.
