May I know how many days of massage you do after miscarriage?
Please share with me what do they do during the massage? Is it the same as post natal massage? Is wearing tummy binder necessary?
I had miscarriage at 11 weeks 2 days.
Please also share ur story of confinement. Like how long etc.
