craving for Starbucks frappe

I do know to avoid caffeine during pregnancy, especially during first trimester.. but omg. Suddenly got crave.... Should I drink... ?

Maybe you can get one and share with you hubby? Just have a sip or two to satisfy your craving. Or what about decaf?
