is it normal to have a slight pain near the belly button around 24wks?

I keep having this twitching pain a few centimetres near my belly button. is tat a muscle twitch or something more serious? has anyone experienced it before?

I experienced that too when my belly button is in the process of popping out. Now it is completely popped out and no more pain.
