Belly button area pain

Hi, I’m currently 18 weeks, last night while going to sleep, my stomach (area around the belly button) started to have quite a bit of pain and goes away after awhile. And today while getting up from sleeping I’ve had sharp pain for few seconds and it’s gone. Is this normal? Should I head to the doctor? 🥲

I had this when I was 18 weeks now I’m week 20 I feel this pain many times and it will usually come with cramps but as long as there’s no bleeding should be fine but if you wanna be cautious you should go to the doctor better to be safe than sorry
