Belly soft twitches

Does anyone notice that the tummy area near the belly button twitches softy during breathing? There is normally no pain or cramps when that occurs.

Sorry to comment on a previous post. That is what I am feeling now at 19 weeks. Were those baby movements for you back then? I can’t tell if it’s baby movements or muscles twitching.
