Difficult situation

Hi I am in the midst of filing divorce and my soon to be ex hub is making things difficult for me. I can't even leave his place as I have got any court order. What should I do? He is restricting me from bringing my son out too!

these are evidence you can let your lawyer know. both parents supposed to have equal time for kids. btw unless you abuse your child and he apply ppo. speak to your lawyer you might get the child care and control
