Is it okay to use efficacent oil or Vicks vaporub during 1st trimester of pregnancy?

I am having a little headache caused by sinusitis. And I have been using Vicks inhaler and sometimes efficacent oil and rub it on my forehead to have some relief from this headache. Will it affect my developing baby? I am now on my 9th week of pregnancy. TIA.
