nasanay na momsh,,,, ilang months na po? sa baby ko po ay every meal ni baby kailangan may carbs and protein ,... pwd na ang smashed or blended pork, chicken , fish , beef, egg (yellow only below 1 yr old and if walang allergy) with rice (blend or smashed or lugaw ) mga vegetables smashed or blend no salt before 1 yr old .... and fruits

Ilang months na si baby momsh? Maybe you can try to mash or puree foods like potatoes, squash, kamote, broccoli. No salt din po muna. Pwede mo din haluan ng breastmilk if ever meron.
