hello im 16weeks and 4days pregnancy

I eat some more food but not a junk food. It's ok for my baby or my pregnancy?

Eat healthy foods like veg, fruits, protein .. increase water intake 2-3liters a day.. Avoid too much sweets and salty ..

healthier food the better. fruits po every morning like banana bago ka mag intake ng ibang food
