Is this implantation bleeding or period?

I have been feeling very sick (nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache). Also cramp at my stomach.Im supposed to get my periods yesterday n bleeding started but lighter than usual. I usually have heavy bleeding but this time is so light, I could get away just wearing just panty liners.
