I have 3 kids already and 40 years old. And I am thinking of trying for my 4th. Do you think it's advisable? Will there be any complications?

I think it depends on how much you wish to have another baby. You have to weigh the pros and cons. As woman's age increases, the risk of having a baby with chromosomal abnormalities increases. A few of the other risks include: 1. Gestational diabetes 2. Pre-eclampsia 3. Miscarriage 4. Preterm delivery 5. Problems with the placenta (placenta previa, placental insuffieciency) 6.
