I have 3 kids already and 40 years old. And I am thinking of trying for my 4th. Do you think it's advisable? Will there be any complications?

I think it depends on how much you wish to have another baby. You have to weigh the pros and cons. As woman's age increases, the risk of having a baby with chromosomal abnormalities increases. A few of the other risks include: 1. Gestational diabetes 2. Pre-eclampsia 3. Miscarriage 4. Preterm delivery 5. Problems with the placenta (placenta previa, placental insuffieciency) 6. Stillbirth 7. Down syndrome On the positive note, majority of mommies in their 40s gave birth to healthy babies. We have seen so many successful cases such as Fann Wong.
