I'm 8 weeks pregnant and diagnosed na may vaginitis

So i had online consultation with an OB and based sa symptoms na meron ako, may vaginitis ako. She prescribed Neopenotran suppository (7 nights) and Floracap. But when I read the instructions nung sa Neopenotran via online, it says that it should not be taken during the first trimester of pregnancy. Medyo naging hesitant ako bigla. Meron po ba same exp nto sken?
