Miscarriage

I had miscarriage on the 11th week. May makukuha pa po ba akong MatBen sa SSS? I have not file Mat1 or notification pa po. I tried applying online kasi sabi online na dw yung application but this is the prompt message. Last day of employment was December 20, 2021. Date of miscarriage was January 8, 2022.

Employed pa po status nyo kaya hindi pwede sa online. Supposedly po employer ang gagawa. Tama po, need update as voluntary para makatransact kayo online.
