Baby position changed at 37+4weeks

Hi. I had a membrane sweep in the morning I was 1.5cm dilated. Then night there was pain. I came hospital. They said it’s about 1.5-2cm still. Then dr did a vaginal check.. unfortunately baby head suddenly turn to side ways. Instead of down. Now being admitted to monitor. Dr going to send for scan. If baby down can induce. But there a risk of baby turning again.. then must C-sec. another option is consider C-sec. This is my second. My first was normal birth 8 years ago.
