I would like to ask what does this discharge mean?

I had my DPO after having two kids on September 24 my doctor said it will be effective on October 1,  because im about to have my menstruation daw so may possibility pa mabuntis ako after DPO. i tested negative on September 24. My husband and I still had sex on that day. When my Dpo was effective na, and we knew it was safe, my husband never did any withdrawal. FF, October 30 I had this very strange feeling na masakit ang pus on ko and balakang ko. I thought was just having a normal menstruation. Pero I feel really strange. not a normal dysmenorrhea either kasi na try ko rin yun. Yung menstrual blood ko rin smells different from this, Wala lang siyang amoy. Until suddenly I feel na parang may mahuhulog sa akin. So I just laid down on my bed kasi masakit talaga siya until na may nahulog talaga and i thought full na yung napkin ko sa blood so i went straight to the bathroom and saw this. So, this is my first time to had this kind of discharge. pero yun nga nagpa DPO ako then had unprotected sex with my husband on that day. I would like to ask if this is normal na discharge for DPo or nakunan ako in any sense? thank you so much mommies

Ganyan din nanyari sakin pero walang ginagamit na family planning etc. delayed ako for almost 2 months and Akala ko normal lang( kasi minsan nadedelay nman talaga ako ) then nag try ako ng pantyliner with negative ion. Then nagspotting ako. Then may naramdaman ko ansakit ng puson and balakang tska likod ko Ung tipong mapapatayo ka sa sobrang sakit. Then naramdaman ko na parang may lalabas na madaming dugo kya tumakbo ako sa cr, pagbaba ko ng panty ko then uupo palang sana ako sa bowl eh lumabas na, malaki sya parang kamao, parang Ganyan din sya, gang ngayon palaisipan padin sakin kung ano un .
