I got my two PT's positive and no check up yet. Is it okay to feel nothing in 11 weeks?

possible po dhil ganyan din aq sa baby q nun. d q nga feel na buntis aq at 4months q narin nlaman na buntis aq dhil lge aq nadedelayed sa period q. but its better for u to check to OB dhil positive ka nman na pala na preggy. its for u and ur baby's safety anyway.
