Hi, may i know can we eat active fast Panadol during pregnancy?

I got migraine before. And i had consume migraine pils from clinic. Now im pregnant 6 weeks. I got migraine yesterday but people said that i cant take the active fast panadol to reduce my migraine. Please advice.
